Richard Foregger, founder and president of Foregger Films, produces CAPTAIN’S LOG. Richard is an award winning director/producer who has written and produced programs for PBS, the Jan R. LeCroy Center, ABC Sports, and CNN. In addition to producing commercials for companies such as JCPenney, Fidelity Investments, EDS, and Eddie Bauer, he also managed satellite broadcast program production for
the Ross Perot presidential campaign, Mrs. USA Pageants, Boeing Corporation, and JCPenney.
Richard began his career in television production and programming as a production director for a FOX TV affiliate station in Houston, Texas. He later served as the production manager of the Southern European Broadcast network for four years in Italy. From 1984 through 1997 he owned America Video Productions in Dallas, Texas.An avid boater, Richard moved to Seattle, Washington in 1997 and founded Foregger Films. Foregger Films moved to its new home in Alameda, California in 2005. Richard is currently working on the development of a full-length feature film, produces CAPTAIN’S LOG, the Boating TV Show, and also produces video training and marketing programs.
